The installer called 15 minutes before arriving and showed up on time. He was experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. The work was done correctly, quickly, and at a reasonable price. Loved them! I just had a garage door replacement. The rep came and priced it, told me how long it would take to arrive, and they kept that estimated time well. I called on Friday afternoon, and they called back on Monday. Justin came out early Tuesday. My 60-year-old wood door was starting to rot at the bottom and had come apart, wedging itself in the tracks. In less than an hour, he basically rebuilt it and reinforced the sagging parts with some steel. This will give me a couple of years to consider replacing both doors so they match.
